‘The Fertility Diet’: Help or Hype? - New York Times

A new book has come out which talks about a diet which can improve your fertility if you are suffering from ovulation related infertiity.  There seems to be quite a bit of controversy surrounding the findings as seen by the comments.  I personally believe that you can't go wrong in making changes that will definitely improve your health and perhaps your fertility as well. Ovulation Disorders Helped By Dietary Changes

Some new research from the Harvard School of Public Health cites dietary and lifestyle changes as having a significant impact on fertility for women who have ovulation problems.  They claim that making simple changes to your diet and improving your health through exercise can help to improve ovulatory
function which is one of the common causes of fertility problems.  Read more...

Women who followed a combination of five or more lifestyle factors, including changing specific aspects of their diets, experienced more than 80 percent less relative risk of infertility due to ovulatory disorders compared to women who engaged in none of the factors, according to a paper published in the November 1, 2007, issue of Obstetrics & Gynecology.
