Stressed Out?

The idea that stress can cause problems getting pregnant is often a hotly debated topic.  When couples are having trouble conceiving, they are often told by well intentioned friends and family that they just need to relax.  However, much of the scientific evidence suggests that stress does not cause infertility.  In reality, stress can contribute to difficulties in getting pregnant, but the reason is because of how it can affect ovulation.  For details, read this informative article...
